Theft at Achuveli Central College by taking advantage of power cut!
The Achuveli Central College office was broken into during the power outage and a laptop worth one lakh rupees was stolen.
The theft took place in the Achuveli area yesterday when a power cut was in effect on Wednesday, using surveillance (CCTV) cameras installed in the school premises.
Meanwhile, a police and army guard were seen near the school.
A complaint has been lodged at the Achuveli police station by the school administration regarding the incident and the police are conducting investigations with the help of a sniffer dog.

அச்சுவேலி பகுதியில் நேற்றைய தினம் புதன்கிழமை மின் வெட்டு நடைமுறையில் இருந்த வேளை, பாடசாலை சூழலில் பொருத்தப்பட்டு இருந்த கண்காணிப்பு (CCTV) கமராக்கள் செயற்படாது இருந்தமையை பயன்படுத்தி குறித்த திருட்டு சம்பவம் இடப்பெற்றுள்ளது. அதேவேளை பாடசாலைக்கு அருகில் காவற்துறை, இராணுவம் இணைந்த காவலரண் ஒன்றும் காணப்படுகின்றன.
சம்பவம் தொடர்பில் பாடசாலை நிர்வாகத்தினரால் அச்சுவேலி காவல் நிலையத்தில் முறைப்பாடு பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில் காவற்துறையினர் மோப்ப நாயின் உதவியுடன் விசாரணைகளை முன்னெடுத்துள்ளனர்.
